Thespians contacting me every second!
Many thanks to all the thespians (actors and actresses) who have already expressed an interest in starring in Fraulein Fox and the Fashion Nazis. So far it looks like we already have the most important role (and the hardest to find) that is the tall blonde model, the perpetually youthful princess of the thousand year reich: Aarika Fuchs (Erica Fox). We also have a young man who is interested in auditioning for one of the other main characters. I'm not sure where I'll cast him yet but it is exciting to see such interest. And perhaps most significantly, I have in the works a partnership with a potential casting director/assistant director. Can't give out his name yet because he hasn't confirmed 100%. At least I know he's in the works and he is incredibly talented and experienced. Thanks again to all who have contributed already and please continue to spread the word.
So, the picture on cinefunder isn't working but I needed an encouragement to make the trailer anyway. The trailer will be very basic but I still need the three main characters to make the trailer! Please spread the word and let me know if you fit the descriptions on the craigslist post.
Aarika Fuchs - Anglicized to Erica Fox - the lead - as close to 5'11'' as possible and if not naturally blond then willing to go platinum - the character is that of the only living product of a Nazi super breeding program who is torn between pursuing her dreams and settling for the dreams given her - story takes place in the present day.
Admiral Hermann Hartmann - a criogenically frozen Nazi era admiral who is bent on taking revenge on the world but not sure whether to do it through conquest or conquest of the world of high fashion
Doctor Fritz König - a reclusive mad scientist, recently arrived from Transylvania - the goofiest of the three and quite endearing, his humor often undermines his vast scientific knowledge

Hello Fans of the Bizarre and the Beautiful,
I'm at it again. The Starving Filmmaker will fly and this time it's with a screenplay I've had in my arsenal for a while. Fraulein Fox and the Fashion Nazis is now crowdfunding on cinefunder.com. Check it out and feel free to contribute. I'm trying to make this work in the vein of how Mel Brooks writes about Nazis. Some of my favorite movies have over the top and comical German/Nazi stereotypes and most of them are by him. This lighthearted and I dare say exceedingly original concept will have you laughing in no time. Take a look! Thanks!
